While Melbourne is in stage 4 lockdown, I’m offering 5 minutes of pleasant, very gentle movement (think stretching and wiggling) twice a day over zoom Monday to Friday to encourage us all to take a quick break and move a little.
It’s free, absolutely no fitness level is needed and all bodies are welcome. It will be very informal so you can turn up in trackies, PJs, your fancy work clothes, you can do it while you eat lunch, you can choose to turn your camera off, whatever you like. All you will need is a chair (any kind).
As always please seek guidance from an appropriate allied health professional or medical practitioner prior to undertaking exercise.
