Personal Training

I offer mobile personal training (one on one, or one on two), which means I come to your home, office, apartment gym or local park and guide you through workouts that are tailored to your individual posture, movement patterns, current fitness level, goals, likes and dislikes. There’s no need to be fit to start, as we can begin gently and build from there.

Because I’m a body positive trainer, my focus is always on helping you get fit and strong and feeling great, rather than focusing on weight or appearance. My sessions are fun, supportive, challenging and safe (and never shouty – I find that encouragement and enjoyment are far better motivators!)

I work with people of all ages and genders and have over 4,000 sessions experience under my belt.

You don’t need any equipment (I’ll bring everything to you), and you’ll be surprised how little space you need. As a general rule, if you have enough space for a yoga mat, you have all the space you need for all kinds of work outs – trust me I am very creative!

We can train:

  • At your home or office:  St Kilda, Albert Park, South Melbourne, Elwood, Port Melbourne, Balclava, Southbank, South Yarra, Toorak, Prahran, Windsor, Caulfield North, Elsternwick, Hampton or Brighton areas. During the day I am happy to travel to some further suburbs – please enquire.
  • In a park: Within City of Port Phillip or City of Stonnington
  • Indoors: I can arrange the use of a lovely and private indoor open space near Albert Park Lake that we can use during the mornings and daytime at no extra cost

My prices are:

  • One-on-one personal training is $95 for 45 mins or $80 for 30 mins*
  • One-on-two sessions are $107 for 45 mins (ie $53.50 per person)
  • (I also offer group fitness training)

*30 minute option only available in select locations
