We can cover anything from improving your deadlift technique, to learning some good beginner exercises, to deciding on a home gym set up, to coming up with strategies to include more movement in your day to day life in a way that works for the life and body you have right now.
I’ve got 10 years of experience working with all kinds of people to find things that work for them, whether it be working around injuries, finding confidence to start out at a local gym or competing in high level sport and I’d love to meet you.
