I offer one on one and group training online via Zoom, and shortly will also be offering in-person sessions in my home studio in Werribee. There’s no need to be fit to start, as we can begin gently and build from there.
Because I’m a body positive trainer, my focus is always on helping you improve your strength and fitness from a place of self care, rather than focusing on weight or appearance.
I work with people of all ages and genders and have 10 years of experience and over 5,000 sessions experience under my belt so I’m used to working with a variety of bodies – but you know yours best, and a collaborative approach will help us find ways of moving that work for you.
You don’t need any equipment to get started (though you may wish to purchase weights down the track) and you’ll be surprised how little space you need. As a general rule, if you have enough space for a yoga mat, you have all the space you need for all kinds of work outs – trust me I am very creative!
